Did you guys forget about it??? I have not forgotten about it, but in fact am still very much both involved and busy getting everything ready. The final cut of the fight card is about to get released and it looks like we are going to see some real good fights. Samukawa, 36 is back and he is seriously going to show everyone how much he wants to be where he is today. I have grown very fond of him lately and feel that he deserves everything he is aiming at. SMOKERS HALLOWEEN PARTY

We all get together once or twice a week to talk things out and plan ahead, and often 36(Samukawa) is right there with us all. We discussed how we would like to make the entrance a bit more effective than just coming down the stairs. And also about what kind of costumes we would like to wear, for some reason everybody seems to agree on my body painting myself to look like the HULK! I would never do that, I was never a fan and I feel it is against my love for the comic books to do something like that.LOL

毎週一回か二回ぐらいは必ずみんなはイベントに対して話し合いをする、そこに３６（寒川）は同席していろんな提案を出したりしているので、すごくいいしげきになっています。直接やる本人にいろいろを聞いたほうが参考になるのではないかと思う、今回は入場のパフォーマンスに対してすごくいい話はありました。我々もお客さんに対してどんどんいいイベントになるように頑張りたいし、参加してもらっている選手ももっと出たいっという気持ちになるように最高に面白いイベントにできると一番目指しているところです。あとは僕のコスチュームの話でずっと盛り上がっていた話はやっぱりハルクの全身グリーンのボティーペイントのことですけど。。。今すぐにここではっきりと言いたいです、ハルクはやりません！：）

Promotion for SMOKERS

I had a promotional interview for SMOKERS, and since I had just finished training when they came in I was still sweating and kind of tired. But it put in a good mood for the interview and the guy asking me questions had really done his homework, so it all turned out really good. We are going to need as much exposure on the event as possible, and where ever I can get in a word about my acting career it is all good. Talking about acting, I got invited to go to Steven Spielberg's Japan premiere of Eagle Eye this Thursday. And I have been told that we are going to meet him, but I was told the same thing about Jet Li, when he came for his Martial Arts movie Spirit. It would be awesome though to actually meet him.

SMOKERSようのプロモーション取材をやりました。練習のすぐ後にとったので汗をかきながら話していた、体はもちろん疲れていたけどそれはそれである意味良かったです。取材者はかなり勉強をしてきたので鋭い質問にたいして自分からたくさん話しました。写真の出来はちょっと分からないけど、話には気持ちたっぷり入りました。演技の話もしましたし、そういえば木曜日はアヤト・チエさんと一緒にスピールバーグのEagle Eyeのレッドカーペットあり紹介に行くことになりました。本人に会えるらしいです！それは会いたいけど実はたぶん難しいです、しかし会えたら最高です。青い目のサムライです！よろしくお願いします！言ってみたいです。。。

SMOKERS HALLOWEEN Oct.31st.2008

Yesterday I met up with Nitta and the other people involved in the promotion, and they had a big surprise for me. I promised not to tell anyone yet, but there will be a mayor come back fight on the card of the 31st. So I am sure that fans will not want to miss this show! Fight card to be announced soon, so please keep checking for updates. About the actual concept of having a Halloween Party, I guess we are all going to have to dress up a bit. I would like to go as Spider-Man, but I don't think I will look too good in a full body suit like that. I would probably look more like a Hulk in a spider outfit!!!

昨日は新田さんSMOKERSの打ち合わせをしました、今度のイベントはすごい選手がメインにどうしても出たいとのことですが。まだここでは発表できないですので、もう少し待っててください。本当に面白いイベントになると思います。僕はスパイダーマンになりたいけど、新田さんはハルクのほうが似合いそうだけど。。。確かに体の見た目はハルく波かもしれないですけど、全身緑色のボディーペイントはちょっといやですね！

SMOKERS HALLOWEEN Oct.31st.

Yes, the next date for the SMOKERS PARTY in ZEST EBISU is set for the 31st. of October and as you already know that is HALLOWEEN. I guess we are all going to have to dress up for it and go trick 'r treating! I can't wait for this next event, it is going to be a great show, and we are also already in the process of booking for the next show in Dec. That one is going to be big too!

Smokers Party All Night !

Yes, it is all over now, and what a good time everyone had. We ended up winning the battle, Nitta's two fighters both lost on points and K.O. but my two fighters, Maruyama and Black Samurai Emeka both won by K.O. thereby securing the victory. It was a really good time and there was a lot of people that were exited. I got to meet everyone and tried to take pictures with as many of the guests as possible. I was actually so busy myself running around that I forgot to take any pictures myself, but soon I will get something to show.

お疲れ様でした、昨日のSMOKERS２nd. Volume,葉無事に終わりました、熱いなかで皆さんは本当に楽しそうでした。僕はいろんなお客さんに会うのに忙しかったです、忙しくって自分の写真をとるのを忘れてた。。。川野君、や鈴木さんとたくさんの記者の人たちは来てくれたので、写真はもう少し待っててください。でも、本当に暑い中で皆さんはよく飲んでよく食べてくれましたし、絶対にまたやりたいです。もうここで次回の予定にしている日程は９月の１９か２６日ですが、本当に固まったら教えます。次回もよろしくお願いします。今日から土曜日日曜日テレビの撮影が入っています、のでハワイに行くまでは本当に忙しいですけど練習の時間はちゃんと取れていますので大丈夫だと思います。

SMOKERS PARTY ! 2nd.

Yesterday I took the bike out to Chigasaki and took part in the "Eboshi no Kokoro" event. It was a nice ride out there and I was glad that I took the bike, but then when I got there it was so hot that I had to go and buy a pair of shorts. Luckily it is a good surf spot so there was a nice shop that gave me a good discount, and I walked away a happy man. But apart from that I still managed to put in some good training yesterday, and then don't forget that this Friday is the SMOKERS PARTY !

昨日はバイクで茅ヶ崎まで行きました、”バイク王”presents,"えぼしの心”って言う海をきれいにというテーマのイベントです。昨年もやりました、で今年もどんどん盛り上がりました。来年は花火大会までやりたいと言っています、今年は茅ヶ崎のおみこし祭りと絡んで海を楽しくやりました。帰りはバイクでよかったな～と思って理由はなんと高速は１１キロの渋滞でした！ま、それよりも今週金曜日１９：３０～SMOKERS　PARTYをまたやりますのでチケットは後ちょっとしか残っていないですので生きたい方は早めにお買い上げくださいますように！

I am in Denmark right now, it has been 7 years since my last visit so I can tell you that I am pretty exited about being back here. I finally got to bring my whole family home, so we are going to spend the next two weeks here eating good foods and enjoying the company of our niece. Sean was born on X-mas day a year and a bit ago, and now he is already walking. He is really cute, I will try and get a picture of him so you can see what the latest edition the Pettas Clan looks like.

I am sorry for the fans in JAPAN, because my Mothers computer does not type Kanji...

今日は試合前の日ですので、軽量を今日の１１時からです。今ここで和田さんがこられまして、いろんな話をしているうちに。僕はちゃっかりと写真を撮りまして、ブログに乗せていいですか？を聞いてみると”どうぞう、好きにいじって下さい！”何で皆さんこれは和田さんです！

SMOKERS !

２月２９日のSMOKERSはもう近いので毎日みんなで話し合いながらこうしたい、あーしたいってあるのでやっぱりいろいろと大変です。でも、選手の練習ぶりを見ると本当にいいイベントにしたいので気合が入ります。




Now that we are getting closer to the event, Smokers Feb. 29th. we are all getting together for meetings almost daily. There is a lot of discussing various idea and things like the time schedule for the whole event. It really takes a lot of preparation, even for such a small event. But When I get a good look at how hard the fighters are training to get ready for it, I really hope that it will become a great event.

This is a photo of Hayashi-san our webmaster, and here we just finished the voice over for the opening video. He is really awesome when it comes to putting this together and making it look like we want it. He has been an awesome help for all of us, and a really cool guy too. He even shows up for training once in a while, he loves the martial arts and really likes to help out. We all get along really well so it is fun and good to work together.

この写真葉林さんです、みんなの友達でありながらいつもWebsiteとかそういう映像関係でお世話になっています。小事さんが紹介してくれてから本当にみんなと仲良くなって、チームメンバーって感じです。よく自分で着替えて練習にも参加します。それで今年の目標は５ｋｇの体重ダウンだそうです、ここではSMOKERSの映像のアフレコです。僕は何度も言い直したか分からないぐらい、林さんはなっとくいくまで頑張りました。何でみなさん２月２９日金曜日の２０：３０～麻布十番のWAREHOUSEでSMOKERSに来てください。
