I got my phone back!

何と！携帯電話は帰ってきました、本当にうれしいことです。電話を拾ってくれたひとに感謝しています、ありがとうございました。諦めていたのに、Docomoから電話かかってきたので本当にうれしかったです。しかし、いまだにどこでなくしたのか分からないです。。。

So I actually got my phone back, imagine all the energy I wasted on worrying about that phone. And then exactly 24 hours after I lost it I get a call on my home phone telling me that someone has found it and given it to the local police box. Man, I just want to say thank you whoever it was! I was really worried there for a while...

I lost my cell phone! 携帯電話をなくしてしまった！

最近朝早く起きて走っているのです、それで今日も早く起きて走りに行ったら。何と家に帰ってきたら携帯電話なくしてしまった。。。でもそれは考えるほどありえない話です、なくすタイミングは分からないです。しかも、今日はNHKの料理番組の収録は入っていたのに連絡は取れないし、本当にいろんな大切なことがその電話に入っているのに自分でなくすことは考えられないです。何度もささの動きを確認しながら、行っている場所とその順番でバックステップしても電話は出てこないです。本当に悔しいです。今日は何とか仕事に間に合って、撮影は無事に終了ですが電話はまだ出てこないです。何回電話かけても直接留守番電話にしかならないので、誰かが拾ったことは考えられないし。まーしょうがないです、大切なものやっぱり大切にしないと駄目です。この写真は今日の話題とまったく関係ないですが、最近BBSでの話題に関係しているので見せたかっただけです。

Man, I lost my phone today! I can't believe it, I always carry it everywhere I go and since it is filled with all my appointments, and work schedule I take special care to keep it safe. But then suddenly this morning after I came back from running it was gone, I spent the most of my morning back tracking all the places I had been. But nothing came up, I just can't figure it out, I mean I know that I am a fighter and all, but I am not that stupid that I can't remember what I did just 30 min. prior to loosing it. Anyway, I had to go work on a TV shoot for a food program that I have my own corner on, so I couldn't stay all morning looking for it. But even then I expected it to show up some time, but nothing! If you happen to stumble over a grayish kind of looking phone, then please let me know...I still believe that it will turn up sooner or later, the question is just if it will turn up before or after I have bought a new one...

PS。I included a couple of shots of me as a young Karate-ka, one of them is me in Denmark just before coming to Japan, and the other is a bit of "Wax on, Wax off" in the dormitory...

From BBS to Forum! BBSからフォーラム！

Yes, I know that this should have been done a long time ago, but for some reason it was not. There has simply been too much spam on my BBS for too long now, and so I spoke to my webmaster and he has come up with a solution. You now have to register a password in order to get in to the BBS and hopefully this should at least slow down the spam attacks. So feel free to join in and fire away on the questions or whatever it is that you feel like writing. I hope sincerely that this will have solved the most irritating problem on my website.

Back from Hawaii. ハワイは良かったです！

昨日の夕方にハワイから帰っ

てきた、自分は今回試合無かったため家族を連れてって行ったのでほとんど遊びでした。ワイキキのホテルでしたので歩いて１分で海でした！今回は二回目だったけど、前回はTunnelsの”寝ない大会”で行かされたので何も見ていないまま一泊して帰ってきた！それを言ったらやはりデンマーク人として本当の憧れのハワイですし。日本から近いけど、子供のときにある同級生はオーストラリアに行ったときみんなものすごいやきもちしていた。

（Junk Sports オン　ロケーション　イン　ハワイ！こんなごうかなメンバーの中にいるのは最近の一番の楽しみです。We were shooting for a japanese program called Junk Sports here, look at the difference in size...）

ある意味で自分も世界のいろんなところに行った事があるけど、ハワイやオーストラリア、N.Z.と南米はまだまだ遠いそんさい。格闘技を通じて世界を回っているのは本当に幸せです。ピーターはきつい試合をこなせて勝ちました、見てない方はyoutube.comでもう見れますのでそこで探してください。ちょっと残念なことはおこったけど、それはSRSの５００回記念番組の収録の前にレンタカーは軽くぶつけられたので収録に間に合わなかったです。。。残念！日本に戻って一番下の娘はずーと日本の家はいや！ハワイの家に戻ろうって！！！本当に楽しかったみたいです、昨年はグアムに行ったけど多分まだ小さかったから覚えていない。毎年行きたいです～

Just got back from Hawaii last night, it was a great trip. Although I am not quite sure why, but the jet lag sort or really hit us all hard. I wasn't fighting so I decided that it would be a great chance to bring the family and get a holiday out of it. And it was a great idea, staying at a location on Waikiki we had to just walk out of the hotel and then 50m. down the street to be able to jump into the Ocean. It was a clear water with fish that could have been taken out of my fishtank in my house swimming around.

The girls loved it, my oldest girl learned to snorkel real fast and spent most of her time with her face in the water looking for some big fish. On top of all the great shopping we were able to get done, there was a bonus. The Hawaii K-1 tournament, where Peter Graham was set to fight. It was a honor to be able to go up against the best student of the greatest K-1 fighter of all time, Ernesto Hoost's training partner and student for the last many years, Jerrel Venetian. It was a great fight and if you want to watch it then youtube.com is the place to look for it.

This is me and my youngest daughter Angelina! in Hanauma bay voted the best beach in the world in 2005. It was pretty good...
